We are continually working on improving our services and welcome your feedback.

All feedback is totally anonymous unless you wish to receive a personal response.

There are several ways to do this:

  • talk to staff directly
  • write your comment in the feedback books found in the MDC and Footscray receptions
  • complete the form below.

You may wish to share a positive experience about our service or have a suggestion on how we can do better.

Any feedback we receive will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
