Location and How to Get Here
WestCASA is located at the Women’s Health Hub, Wyndham Multi-Disciplinary Centre (MDC)
on Level 2, 236 Hoppers Lane, Werribee 3030.
By public transport:
Take the Werribee train line to Hoppers Crossing station.
Walk from Hoppers Crossing station to the Women’s Health Hub on Hoppers Lane.
Alternatively, you can take the 498 bus (10-minute ride) to Laverton Station. Get off the second stop: Victoria University Werribee Campus and walk to the Women’s Health Hub.

By car:
From Princess Highway, take the Werribee exit and turn left onto Hoppers Lane.
From Sneydes Road, turn right onto Hoppers Lane. Drive along Hoppers Lane until you reach the Women’s Health Hub.

Parking
Located at the Women’s Health Hub, the Wyndham MDC has ample car park and there are designated accessible parking bays in front of the building. More information on the car park can be found here. WestCASA can validate your parking ticket at our reception.

Accessing WestCASA from the Ground Floor
The Women’s Health Hub building entrance has automatic sliding doors. From the ground floor, take the lift to level 2.

Entrance and Reception
As you exit the lift, there is an automatic sliding door with signage Wyndham MDC. Enter here.
We share the reception with GenWest, SASH (Support After Sexual Harm), VACCA (Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency) and IPC Health.

Waiting Area
You will be greeted by our receptionist and be asked to wait. Your counsellor advocate will meet you at the waiting area and take you to a counselling room.

Counselling Rooms
There are several counselling rooms at WestCASA. All counselling rooms have windows, natural light and artificial light with dimming options. Each room is also slightly different in size, seating options and furniture. Things can be moved around to suit different needs. There are also weighted dogs, pillows and sensory toys available in each room.


Client Kitchen
There is a guest kitchen where you can help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee.

Prayer Room
There is a multi-faith prayer room on level 2. This is located on the right side of the lifts when facing the WestCASA entrance.

Toilets
There are wheelchair accessible and ambulant all gender toilets available. There are also separate male and female ambulant toilets. These are located behind the lifts on level 2.

Language and Communication
WestCASA welcomes people from all backgrounds and aims to be accessible to people with different communication needs and linguistic diversity. Interpreter services are available and can be requested to assist people who speak languages other than English, including Auslan. Please let us know if you have any questions or communication and accessibility requirements so that we can do our best to meet your needs.
Sensory Information
Sound: in the lobby, there is car and traffic noise, and people walking, meeting and talking. The reception area is typically quiet, with some people talking. There are people coming and going for their appointments as well as staff from the MDC who walk in the area.
Sight: there is artificial light throughout the building, and some natural light where there are windows. In the counselling rooms, there are artificial light which can be adjusted/dimmed as needed.
Smell: scents in the lobby, hallways and waiting area can include food, tea, coffee and people’s perfume/other scented products.
Taste: drinks such as tea, coffee and water are available in the guest kitchen.
Touch: sensory toys, weighted dogs and pillows are available in the counselling rooms. Couches and chairs are covered in fabric.
